As a Soulpreneur with over 20 years of marketing and communications experience, these sessions have organically evolved to intuitively mentor holistic practitioners, heart-centred creators and professionals, coaches and consultants, spiritual, social and eco-conscious entrepreneurs and small business owners to discover their soul brand. Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice Reschedule or Cancel Policy for Soulful Sessions at Soulful Solutions Studio As fellow Soulpreneurs, we understand that running a purpose-driven business can be both exhilarating and demanding, and sometimes schedules need to flex. However, to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and our practitioners at Soulful Solutions Studio, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy regarding rescheduling or cancelling your Soulful Session: Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your Soulful Session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your original appointment time to another client seeking guidance and support. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session fee. We appreciate your understanding that multiple reschedules within a short period may impact our ability to accommodate your requests. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your Soulful Session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. No-shows (failure to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notification) will unfortunately be charged the full session fee. Exceptions: We recognizs that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion and understanding. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will be issued in full, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds for late cancellations or reschedules will be issued at 50% of the session fee, minus any applicable processing fees. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
